DJ and I had a mini getaway in Michigan on Monday night and then look the kids to Wisconsin Dells on Tuesday for the week. It was a busy week!! I had a library conference so Isabelle and Baby DJ were able to spend a lot of time at the pool. Isabelle loved the water park - her favorite thing was the slides!! We also went to the zoo and had a lot of fun just hanging out in the hotel room.

We celebrated the first day of fall by spending the day at the Pumpkin Farm with Aunt Amber. Isabelle loved meeting Disney princesses and wearing a crown!!!

Daniel is quite the mover lately - he loves crawling everywhere and pushes himself up on the table. He loves to practice walking and jumping with Mom and Dad!!!

We have had lots of fun at the zoo this summer!! Daniel loves being in his stroller and Isabelle loves looking at all of the animals. Her favorite are the monkeys and the new baby giraffe!

Fall is here! We had a lot of fun at the library Early Literacy Open House - Isabelle loved her Hungry Caterpillar Cupcake. And Bubba has been busy practicing his motorcycle skills ;)

It's a rare moment when I can get a half-way decent picture of these two!! Usually at least one of the is looking the other way or trying to run away. Isabelle loves making Baby Daniel "breakfast" with her kitchen set and Daniel is getting a lot more active. Summer is going by fast, but we are enjoying the nice weather outside. Our recent adventures include going to the Betty Brinn Children's Museum, library activities and music classes, and lots of family time. We recently had a family reunion with my Mom's side of the family at my grandparents house in Green Bay and Isabelle and Daniel got to play with all of their cousins. Monday, July 31, 2017

Isabelle is 2 1/2 years old today!!
She loves dancing to music, playing with her kitchen, coloring, reading books, and playing with her brother! Her favorite characters are Daniel Tiger and Elmo.
We spent the day with Grandma Michelle at Horicon Marsh for a library event. The kids had a lot of fun doing crafts, listening to stories, and catching for fish. Isabelle got her face painted and learned how to shoot and arrow!!

Happy 4th of July!!
We were all pretty sick the last few days, but managed to make it to the parade - Daniel slept during most of it, but Isabelle enjoyed watching and playing at the playground nearby. No fireworks again this year - maybe next year!

We've had a busy summer so far!! Lots of trips to the zoo and the parks and swimming at Grandma an Gido's house. The kids love being outside and Isabelle has been busy picking flowers for everyone - especially dandelions. Isabelle has been a lot more engaged in weekly storytime and we have been going to lots of programs at libraries. Daniel has also started going to baby music class once a month and loves moving around!!
