We have had Daniel home for almost a week now!! After an emergency c-section he was born at 11:41 PM on Monday, February 20, 2017. We arrived home from the hospital on Thursday. He is a very happy baby and is doing well.

We have been busy over the last few weeks preparing for Baby Smith #2 to arrive!! Isabelle is very excited about being a big sister. She makes sure to feed him breakfast in the morning (usually one of her pretend cupcakes) and gives him lots of hugs and kisses. She has recently started taking care of her "babies" by tucking them in at night and putting diapers on them.
Isabelle loves playing with her kitchen, reading books, coloring, watching Daniel Tiger and Disney movies, and playing with her fishing game. She can count to 5 (usually) and knows most of her colors. Isabelle learning new words every day, but still not a lot of talking yet. We also had some surprisingly nice days outside lately and made a few trips to the zoo and archery range/park.
